Hypoxi has helped me with my bloating, water retention and managing my weight loss. Sylwia is very compassionate and professional with all her clients and has always given me the time and attention in every aspect of my training whilst using the Hypoxi Studio. Her staff are very polite and helpful and I would highly recommend using Hypoxi, it has given me the confidence and determination to incoroperate eating healthy habits and train regularly. The best weight loss gym! I really wanted to lose my stomach and hips. Sylwia recommended Vacunaut and Hypoxi Bikes. I did 36 sessions and I lost 20 cm from my belly and 7 kg. The atmosphere in the studio is so lovely and all clients are very friendly. I will continue with unlimited membership now to keep improving my stomach. I highly recommend Hypoxi South Woodford for anyone who wants to reshape and get fitter.

What a great place and concept, Ive been going for the last few months, and can really see a difference in my body, especially in those difficult areas Ive been trying to lose inches on. My tummy especially has really slimmed down. The staff are so very helpful, nothing is ever a problem and everything is clean. The people that are members are really lovely too, its such a a nice vibe and place to work out and the results are just amazing! I will definitely be continuing the programme, its worth every penny and the offers and discounts are great too

I really recommend Hyproxi, since I have joined I have seen great results and there is great support offered with such kind and understanding members of staff. If you are looking to get started on your journey to feeling better, Hyproxi is definitely the place!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT HYPOXI SOUTH WOODFORD! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 1. Purchased a 6K membership. Paid for UNLIMITED use of Hypoxi machines.I was often refused use of the machines - with excuses such as 'fully booked'. I soon found out, that the machines were being reserved for prospective clients carrying out free trials!They refuse to book you in for more than 2 weeks in advance, once you have paid thousands for the membership.They often changed my booked time slots WITHOUT checking with me + shortened my 45 mins sessions to 30 mins sessions - without my consent.The justifications were that "prospective clients are priority" - and that the studio was "overbooked". 2.The Hypoxi South Woodford contract refuses refunds, under any circumstances! Cover your back by debit card or payment by Paypal - as the bank can then force a refund under the CONTINGENT REIMBURSEMENT MODEL (CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT). 3 Hypoxi staff photographed my personal belongings in the changing rooms, and publicly circulated the images. When I (politely) confronted the owner about this (after being advised by a fellow client that witnessed this) - she became verbally abusive, and then gaslighted me. 4. I was told the "correct way to behave" in the studio by the owner Sylwia, and her colleague Marzena Moks Rodrigues. This happened on nearly every visit, over a year. For e.g: constantly being told to "hang my clothes up in the changing room", + told that she would carry out 'spot checks'. This was repeated 4-7 times per visit!13-18 people attend the studio daily (men and women) + they are ALL expected to share the 3 tiny changing rooms. It causes endless issues, with men regularly walking in on women whilst they are changing, expensive items going missing,etc! The owner is dismissive, when these points are (consistently) raised to her by clients. I was recently advised by a fellow client, that Sylwia was told that a client's Apple Watch was stolen at the Hypoxi studio. She gaslighted the client,so as to absolve herself of any liability. N.B:This is the typical approach that they approach, when you express ANY concerns about issues. 5.Hypoxi have NO respect for your time always infering their time is more valuable than yours. One of many examples: you are given a black spandex suit to wear, when using the Vacanuat machine. Most suits are ripped +don't zip up - which is problematic for women, as your cleavage exposed to the whole studio (70% males).She tells you to "turn the suit the other way around on your body", as the remedy and then later complains that you have you forced her to stay "late after closing time"- given such discussions! 6.The studio's opening and closing hours are erratic, and dictated by the owners personal life. I often experienced shorter or cancelled sessions, as she "had errands to run". 7.During my membership, I took a 2 month break from Hypoxi, as I became seriously ill from COVID and was hospitalised for two days.I found out from a client, that Hypoxi staff (Marzena) told clients that I am the sort of person that only experiences COVID in her head" in response to the clients concerns about my welfare-in addition to other disparaging comments. 8.Half of the ceiling at Hypoxi studio caved in - and the studio closed. The hole was still open/visible for months after the studio re opened, which presented serious safety risks! Sylwia was indifferent+ refused to reimburse clients for the time in which the studio was closed, OR extend their membership as compensation. The ceiling is STILL NOT fixed! 9.Contractual terms are ALL in favour of the owner. She expects you to pay 35, if you cancel or arrive late. She says could 'hypothetically' book somebody else in for the session - despite your paying 6k upfront for membership! 10.Marzena (Hypoxi staff) engaged in strange behaviours such as instructing me to itemise my exact journey from my house to the studio (so as to justify lateness). 10.Given all this,I asked to discontinue the membership and for a pro-rata refund. This was met with abuse and vitriol from Sylwia.
