As first time buyer we have no idea of the process however the support and patience we had from Neil King residential estate agency was well above and beyond our expectations. If you want an honest no-nonsense estate agent who you can trust completely then choose Neil King residential estate agency . Laura and Andrew from Theydon Bois branch was so supportive from start to finish and always been super patient especially when aspects of the sale became quite challenging. Excellent service , support and advice but more important was a human being professional cooperation. Five star service ! Highly recommend!!!

We have used Neil King Estate agents for both a purchase and sale of a house. The standard of service and professionalism was exceptional. Andrew was superb throughout and made the whole process much more bearable. We would glady use them again and would highly recommend.

If you want great customer service with a personal touch NK and the team are highly recommended. We sold thru NK, the team were always working tirelessly on our behalf, they also maintained excellent continuity - we had a key point of contact and when he wasn't available his colleague knew exactly what was happening.
