0 star if possible! This Estate Agent did not do anything to protect my brother "TheTenant" who died suddenly leaving no will and the only beneficiary being his 90yr old Mother who is entitled to his deposit back,( he has signed protection agreement which Landlord illegally did not cover!)therefore no protection for the tenant!My brother's bank has confirmed that his mum is sole beneficiary in a letter which was sent to them ! They are now asking what proof she gave to the bank to show that she is his mother !!! Where is the Compassion????There is no probate needed on a small Estate ! Other Estate Agents would not behave this way !!!! Are you so desperate for business!! Shame on you!!!!

I never thought I'd write a review for a rental agent because all the agents I have seen or heard so far were not really worthy of leaving a review. During the sales time or showing the rental homes, they all will be nice but it's during the tenancy and after the tenancy how they deal with you is what keeps Circa a different people altogether. I rented for approximately Four and Hlaf years in one of the properties they manage and I never once felt ignored or not cared for. Georgia responded as quickly as possible and arranged the plumbers or electricians or any kind of maintenance almost instantly. She always followed up with me whether the issue is resolved or not. Whether it is related to the contract or end of the contract, she was always there to help. During the end of tenancy Sean Thomas was so helpful. He had his genuine opinion on the condition of the flat and suggested what I should do. He is another gentleman who takes care of you. All these guys are not just doing business they have a heart and they think about you, your situation, your circumstances and they understnad all of it and try to convey it to the landlord. Not much is in their control if the landlord doesn't agree to any of our requests but at least these guys have a heart to present our case. These are the wonderful guys and I'd recommend all my friends to utilise their services and I am definitely reaching out to them for any future requirements. Thank you Circa!

Good evening, I have collaborated with circa property for more than 3 years, whenever I needed something I was resolved as quickly as possible, Georgia and Sean two wonderful people who get involved in what they do and very professional and transparent . I thank them for the warm and quiet home they have given me. I recommend Circa property. much success in the future.

Circa (Georgia) was brilliant at looking after us for 3 years, an example is quickly sending us a washing machine replacement when it broke down week 1 of lockdown! Always quick to respond and sort out any issues, highly recommended.
