        Alex converted a diamond and sapphire ring that I dont wear into a pair of lovely stud earrings and the most beautiful diamond pendant. He gave great professional advice and I couldnt be happier with the end result. Furthermore, I traded in the old unwanted gold items I had in part exchange at a very acceptable rate. Im really delighted and would thoroughly recommend using Alexs services.

        I took a ring in to sell. Was offered 200 for the gold value alone as was told the 24 small stones weren't real diamonds. I took it to another shop, where the owner proved they were diamonds and gave me 800 for the ring. I have previously sold some jewellery with Alex but never again. Be careful.
