My cousin Barry spoke to Brendon on the phone in advance to purchase a t20s (I recommended this vape and knew it would be perfect), since Ive had and tried several different vapes over the years. When he got into the store he was adamant that it is this exact vape he wanted to buy. T20s. Brendon then told him that this vape wouldnt be good for his needs and proceeded to try and and upsell him Vaporesso luxe X @ 35.00 which is completely the opposite of the t20s, which was more expensive, after alot of reluctance he bought the vape, believed him and trusted his judgment as he thought he was an expert at vapes. Brendon unboxed and set it up in the store for my cousin Barri and the vape was completely faulty, Barri complained about there was a horrible plastic pod taste, that it was choking him and tasted horrible. Brendon changed the pod three different times as the liquid tasted like burnt plastic and was spitting and leaving residue, even though it was brand new straight out of the box. again this was set up by an expert in vapes. My cousin asked for some sort of compensation/refund as he had just been sold a completely faulty product but he said there is nothing he could do and we would have to wait till next Thursday (6days later) to speak to the manager Jacob. He left with a more expensive, and faulty vape.
A few hours later we discovered that the vape would stop burning the liquid even when liquid would be over 1 cm high from the bottom of the burner coil. Which would make the liquid taste worse. pod was actually also leaking at the bottom. I dont understand why Brendon had to mis-sell a vape to my cousin after my cousin had already told him several times the exact vape (T20s) that he wanted and was there to buy. Now waiting to see what the owner/manager Jacob will do to resolve this situation. We hope a solution will be found as I trusted and used this shop for all my vape needs, I have have high expectations from this shop for the past few years and they havent let me down till now, so I hope they recognise their faults and this can be resolved quickly. For now I will have to give a 1 star rating but will be happy to give it the 4/5 stars if the branch will resolve the mistakes made by the shop assistant.
