Mind Calm Massage Woodford

Therapist was late for the appointment. I had to wait 30 minutes after she reschdeuled my appt last munute. Very unprofessional. She was kind enough to provide a voucher for a free 30 mins massage given the issues mentioned above.

I had a 1 hour neck/ upper back and shoulder deep tissue massage. I don't think I have ever been to a therapist who knew exactly how to find the right bits of my body that needed working on. I've had lots of massages before where I have pointed out areas that I felt troublesome but didn't feel they were fully addressed. This was the total opposite. I had so much more movement and comfort after the massage and left feeling totally relaxed and on a "high" This was easily the best massage/ therapy I have had in a long time and now plan to have this regularly! Lovely comfortable relaxing environment with a highly skilled excellent therapist, seriously seriously impressed! Can't thank you enough!
