Louise Levy Therapy Services

I went to Louise on recommendation for help with my specific problem. After IBS which has thankfully settled down, I was left worried about leaving the house incase I needed to find a toilet en route. She helped me enormously showing me that I needn't concern myself, go out you will be fine and yes it has worked. No problems this far since meeting with Louise.

I went to Louise for chronic pain. I found the first couple of weeks I was exhausted after learning why I was in pain and why I am like I am. But after the 3rd session I started to feel so much better! My pain started to ease, but my mind also became so much quieter, less analytical, less critical. I found I had more energy to do things in my life and didnt feel so overwhelmed. Louise is very kind and understanding, she seemed to know exactly how I was feeling after a session and reassured me. She recommend some good books and provided me with tools to use to keep myself calm and present. Im so glad I went to Louise and would defiantly use her again. I would highly recommend, I cant believe how different I feel after only 5 sessions!

My son went to Louise for a side effect to medication and he felt better after just one session and carried on for the term and has done so well - would thoroughly recommend her.

Louise has been able to guide me in finding my pathways to healing after cancer. Each session i have discovered, uncovered aspects of myself buried in the sub concious and the revelations have been so helpful to understanding myself and how to progress in good health.

I have visited Louise for two groups of six sessions and both times have been incredibly transformative. She is extremely skilled at helping you understand and communicate your own thoughts, and uses many techniques and a huge amount of knowledge to tailor the sessions to your specific needs. Louise is very empathetic and has a soft and caring approach. She takes time to listen before giving advice, and I leave feeling like I have truly been heard.
