        The worst experience Ive ever had. I had to cancel my appointment last minute due to high fever (it wasnt the first time I was there, for 2 previous appointments I arrived on tome) I tried calling them on a day, but no one has answered. The next time I came in they charged me 95 without any previous warning. Extremely unfair. When I tried negotiating the staff showed zero understanding, they did not even bother to point were on their website I can find information about the fees (still cant find it).

        I ran into a few really bad dental issues which the entire team including front of house from top to bottom provided such an outstanding level of service. I am petrified of dentists and they have been wonderful. The Hygenist is awesome, super friendly and attentive. I havent finished all my treatments but I know Im in the best hands already! Thank you so much!

        Great experience and fantastic service when I saw Dr Sana Rahim and she was brilliant. Great service and help from Alex on reception. I cant fault the service. I have been using this practice before it became a BUPA dental practice for over 20 years.
