We recently used the services of Peter Barry to survey and report on a property in South Woodford that we are looking to purchase. We found the them polite and efficient. The survey was carried out promptly and the report delivered to us without delay. We opted for the Home Buyers Report and the findings gave us the confidence to move forward but also highlighted areas that we need to ask our solicitors to look into. We would have no hesitation in using their services again and in recommending the firm to others looking to have properties surveyed.
