I was recommended Land commercial by a residential estate agent I have worked with closely for a number of years. This was for a commercial letting of a unit which had fallen vacant. I felt their application to the task was spot on. They were very communicative were always on the front foot as far as the transaction goes. They sourced a tenant who required a change of use for the unit to be deemed suitable for them. Land commercial managed this process effectively and efficiently and I am pleased to say everything went to plan. I feel that their fees as extremely competitive for such a tailored service and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
