Barnardo's shop

I went there and a boy called Hamza served me with the upmost respect and helped me out a lot. The shop was clean and the service was amazing. 10/10

Charity shop where lot of products may change on a day. Located near Oth Woodford station is the one I often visit. Clothes ( ladies/ gents) are always there. They have nice colour labelling system that helps identify used v/s new clothes Iits also great to see young boys and girls doing their bits for charity by volunteering their time and effort here.

Absolutely disgraceful will be writing to head office. My son who's two grabbed some clothes on the floor to which I hanged all back up. When leaving the man who worked there was pointing at me and my child talking to another customer who then turned their had at us. As they made eye contact and knew they was talking about us. Never ever would I make someone so unwelcome in a bloody charity shop. Try and be kind and not gossip about customers!

Have been to different charities and in this one staff seem very rude and bored most of the times. Will not visit it ever again.

Good stuff on offer and helpful when taking donations. They also offer a nice selection of sweets which I eat too often.
