Ill keep this short..4th Time buying a newish Range Rover Vogue well over 60k.. when calling this dealship I explained all the previous issues I have with these unreliable vehicles and ideally id like the new 2023 shape but they had no stock for my budget of 115k so i decided to go with a Vogue for now until they dropped in price, anyhow I explain i was hesitant with a purchase due to my previous Land Rover dealership experiences/faults and that were unhelpful after the car was sold etc etc and i was assured by Kevin Harewood the sales man, this dealship was different and that all faults the Range Rover are all in the past and he made me feel relaxed so i started to trust him.. What a mistake! they claim all vehicles have a 120 point check and give it all the sales talk, anyway to cut a long story short I went to picked up the vehicle and on my way home i got stuck in traffic on then did i take a minute to look around the vehcile inside.. i found a black mark scuff on the roof, a stone chip on the windscreen, and the parking sensors do not even work to mention a few faults with an almost new car!! I had raised the issue with the company and kevin and his finance director and not 1 single call back or email reply to me! its been 2 weeks since owning the vehicle and further faults have arising sush as adaptive headlight not working! The car is much like this dealship a complete waste of money and time!! Please dont make the mistake i did by reading the reviews and thinking oh well these custome must grumble at anything because I can assure you its very real what people are saying they will not want to know you or even care about your aftersales once the vehicle leaves the forecourt your on your own!! BE WARNED!!! also see well see the standard customer service reply they will reply to this review even that will be just words with ZERO action to have my vehicle fixed!!
