        Staff always knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the processes can be outdated and inflexible, but good that they actually train staff to provide a good and friendly service in a branch which remains on the high street to serve those who need it. Good opening hours, including Saturday which makes it so much easier for folks who need to work during the week.
