        John has recently done some work replacing guttering and repointing some places where the wall and parapet had deteriorated. We are really happy with the way he approached the work and the result. He made sure to line everything up beforehand so that minimum time was spent actually on site and the workmanship was top notch. On top of that, John solved a problem with the old sash windows that were in dire need of repair. Identifying that sanding, filling and repainting would take a lot of time/cost a lot of money, he went out of his way to find a glazier and get a quote for replacement windows. The price for the new windows came out not so far off repairing the old ones, so we now have windows which shouldn't need attention for the next 10+ years. As this was a different company, John did not get any payment for this solution. Very creative thinking and a real pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.
