I made an appointment for a haircut meant to be a hair donation for "The little princess trust". This is free of charge. I chose this salon because it was the most convenient for me in terms of distance. I also chose a person who was a stylist. One week prior to the appointment I was called and told that I would be booked 15 minutes later than originally scheduled. I didn't mind. Arriving at my appointment, I was combed and my hair was measured. However, I was told that the stylist can honour my booking and the receptionist (maybe also a hairdressers?) Told me that she can do it. I was informed that there is an overlapping between two appointments. I told them that I expect my booking to be honoured as it was planned, especially because this is for a good cause. Eventually, I decided to leave the premises because of the unprofressionalism shower by the staff and the inconvenience they caused with their error. I personally do no think that this salon is worthy of being a partner salon with such organization.

Excellent service. Karl is my hairdresser who just gets me and my hair. He does the keratin colouring and everything else in between. I love him. The atmosphere is superb that its very mellow. Oh yes and they serve excellent coffee.
