Great experience from the first consultation to the actual lash lift and eyelash extensions. Lina made me feel really comfortable and understood what I wanted, advising me throughout. She was very calm and gentle which made me feel really relaxed, as I was nervous about having the treatment having not had great experiences in the past. Hi! I have been trained by Lina in March to become Eyelash Extension Artist. I cant imagine getting more professional, friendly and very clear to understand entire process training. Complete waste of time! Made the time and effort to go to Lina's place for a face to face consultation after previously consulting over the phone. All went well and we agreed on a date to get booked in. Later, I text her about paying a deposit, only for her to say she's no longer interested in doing my PMU treatment. (I only came to know of this because I was the one who text her). Not bothered to even provide an explanation let alone a justifiable one. Incredibly unprofessional. The glowing reviews are highly likely to be fake! In response to your comment, the first question I asked in my enquiry was if you were able to do my pmu in the way that I wanted to which you agreed. Again, this was discussed during the face to face consultation and you were okay with it. My request was not rocket science but rather straight forward. But at the last minute, you decided to not work with me and got cocky for no reason. Don't agree to doing something that you are unable to do! And if language barrier was an issue for you, that also should have been brought up by you instead of blaming me for your lack of understanding of something basic. Your dishonesty reflects your lack of professionalism, addition to you not being equipped in having the expertise in this field!
