Known Lauren for Pilates for many many years, originally in Stratford upon Avon, brilliant classes and so professional. She moved to Devon and I have yet to find a better teacher, so have gone back to classes on zoom and you tube. Whilst still in Stratford-on-Avon, couldnt find a better Pilates teacher!

I am a long time sufferer of back problems. Most recently I have suffered with sciatica for nearly a year. I had previously been to Lauren a few years ago but due to other commitments had to abandon the classes. I rejoined again a few weeks ago and within 6 weeks my sciatic symptoms have all but disappeared. Lauren works on mobility, core strength and stretching and it works wonders. The agony in my back, leg and hip has virtually gone. I can now sleep through the night. (It had been over two years since that was the case despite having regular sports massages.) I cannot recommend Lauren enough and even just once a week can have significant results.

Lauren is a truly excellent Pilates coach & facilitator, running classes in local venues and via Zoom. She is very knowledgeable, highly professional and has a wonderful rapport with her students.
