Speedy and helpful when visiting the area and feeling unwell. Had medication by afternoon which is much better than my local practice.

Appalling surgery with regards to children's mental health. One GP in particular even had the audacity to claim my wife was privileged and therefor should seek private help for our child. The attitude by some GPs is extremely worrying and I suggest they reevaluate their career options seeing as they lack the personal skills to be a GP.

Over the last year they've managed to get my repeat prescription wrong fifty per cent of the time which is quite an achievement. I resorted to writing the number of items on the request form and they still managed to fluff it. I don't think I've seen the same doctor twice due to the high turnover of staff. The star is for the nursing team who who are friendly and professional. I've had to move around a lot due work in the last twenty years and so have had the pleasure of being registered with a few surgeries and this one is the closest to Fawlty towers drama that I've come across. Moving on to another surgery this month...huzzah!

As this is NOT my Doctors, I can only give it 2 stars maybe when Drs, are back to work and see all in sundry without having to wait.
