Walter has been to 4 groomers every 6 weeks for 3 years . We have used several different however this groomers once was a poor job, second time I was called to collect him early he was was half done, his head had not been touched and his body shaved to the bare. I was phoned early told he was violent (which he has never been) and I had to collect him without him being washed blowerdried and still charged. He was in a terrible state and and in is quite shaken up.and had several scissors cuts over him. They had the cheek to say dont book him in again. As if I would? The poodle that was in was shaken up too I'm actually worried they are in business and have rosettes for clearly not grooming!!!! I'm absolutely

Would definitely recommend my little dog looked amazing when I picked her up, the staff were very friendly and lovely thank you so much.

Absolutely F A B U L O U S! What lovely dedicated people. Our Mini yorkie looked lovely and obviously enjoyed her full day of treatment! Wish the team were near Keynsham but will definitely.pre-book her in every time we are here in Chudley. Will tell all our guests to do the same!
