I recently purchased a property through Autograph after selling with them last year and after other purchase falling through with another agent. Their communication and liaison with solicitors. my seller and other involved parties was second to none. They managed to organise and pull together what was from the start an agreed quick sale. They helped wherever they could, to the point that they even took and sent pictures of a questionable boundary to help my solicitor proceed with his enquiries on the same day. They always got back with my enquiries as quickly as possible, were friendly, extremely professional and all who work there dealt with everything with utmost integrity. Autograph Estate agents have been excellent from start to finish. The legal side of the sale turned out to be quite long and protracted but Sam was always there at the end of the phone calmly trying to chase people up and help things along. I can highly recommend all of the Autograph team for top rate service. Ten out of ten!

A year before I put the house on the market, John came to value the property. He assured me he had sold several houses on the estate and had the local knowledge that would be invaluable in making a sale. A year later, he remembered me by sight and the house and advised an asking price above what I was considering. Phil showed the possible buyers around, and within a week I had one offer, which I rejected, and a couple of weeks later had another, which was quickly negotiated to an agreement. It was after that point when the real work began for the Autograph team and Sam came into her own, reassuring me at every stage and pushing forward with calm determination a process of legal technicalities and small hitches that was to take six months. With their positivity, honesty and good sense, the Autograph team made my sale as painless as possible. They kept me informed throughout, gently pushed me if I needed to press my solicitor for an answer to a question and kept my stress levels low with their understanding, experience and warm manner.
