Devon Heaven

Wow ordered the afternoon tea box as a 40th anniversary present for my parents who love a trip to Devon but unfortunately due to ill health its difficult to attend as often as they would like. They were overwhelmed by the contents. The jam had whole strawberries in it there was plenty of clotted cream never mind the melt in the mouth brownies. There only complaint was the concern for their waistlines Will definitely be ordering again from Devon heaven.

I ordered a cream tea for my Stepmother this was her message to me today. Thank you again for the absolutely delicious scones and cream etc. They were such a lovely surprise. I am having the last stone today. Thank you Devon Heaven I will certainly be using you again.

We have ordered quite a few times before with this company and everything was fine. But this time when the parcel disappears there was no empathy for the customer what so ever. And to be told sarcastically in an email that they are answering us on a Saturday in their own time is not showing good customer service. Considering this was supposed to be delivered on Friday for an anniversary present it's not the customers fault that you have to reply on a Saturday now is it. You don't even attempt to find out from your choice of courier where the parcel actually is. Very unhelpful. A customer lost, but this company probably don't care about that. Just remember plenty more fish in the sea and it's not a unique product so will use a competitor who does care about their customers.
