Took our dog here for the first time, owners were friendly and asked us all the questions we'd expect for a first visit, sounds like he had a great time.

You won't find a better kennels Jenny and Mark love the dogs and really good exercise areas my girl didn't want to come home , that says it all.

Dogs are well looked after and they always happy. I will only send my dogs here.

Rang up to enquire today about availability and a price on my 3 dogs staying over Xmas and new year and out of my local area because all other kennels close have booked up for this period and the man on the phone, firstly laughed saying cant imagine everyone being booked up thats wrong, calling them liars basically, saying theres no panic!? Thought a bit weird from the start? Then when I asked him for a price he couldnt give me one on the spot? But received a text not long after with a price? When I asked to book and confirm he replied with I will be in contact beginning of December? All I wanted was clarity but he couldnt give me and I needed to know I had somewhere for them to go? I found another kennels who were much more obliging, gave me a price on the spot and all booked in. When I messaged this man to say Thankyou but I need clarity that my dogs have somewhere to go and December would be too late he was rude saying Good for you, Stop being pushy!!! Sorry but how rude and weird when we have dogs and we need them to stay somewhere we need to know there is space and they are going to be looked after and this man couldnt do that so I will not be using him ever very rude!! Reading some of the commments its not just me that have experienced this? We are spending the money on a business how it was pushy I dont know just wanting clarity!! No wonder hes not booked up like other kennels!!?
