        I have been going to Routine since it opened and I would not go anywhere else! The boys are amazing and know their stuff! I have lost 5 stone and my body has totally changed! I love my daily workouts its half hour and its done! I also do two weekly PTs with them! I couldnt recommend them enough!

        Unfortunately no longer a member as Ive moved away from the area, but this is the best place to train in Bexleyheath! Great workouts and atmosphere with supportive trainers.
