        Reported a problem to John regarding an elderly relatives boiler at around 11:00 after being let down by her regular heating firm. John came out for no fee, diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve and had resolved the issue by 13:00 the same day. Very quick, good value & professional service. Would definitely recommend.
