Physiotherapy by Anthony

I went to Anthony after horrific knee pain when running. I received very comprehensive advice and some manageable exercises to complete. He was understanding and compassionate in his approach. I also had from him some acupuncture which managed to take down the swelling quickly. I am now back running about 3 miles three times a week.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND!! I went to see Anthony with a very bad injury in a shoulder due to a bad fall. After a very cautious examination he started working on the injury and recommending exercises to continue at home. Couple visits later and i feel like having a new shoulder again!! Thank you for your magnificent job!!!

I spent time looking for a physiotherapist that could help me with my shoulder injury. Fortunately I found Anthony in Crayford. I was in agony and couldnt move my left arm up or down( frozen shoulder). Couldnt sleep on my left side, couldnt carry anything with my left hand and couldnt lean on my left elbow. After careful examination by Anthony he was able to give me the diagnosis. I started my treatment in September 2020. We left Crayford to Canterbury and I was so satisfied with my exercise prescription that I travelled from Canterbury to Crayford twice for my appointments. Today, I am no longer in pain and I have got over 90% of my movements back in my left arm. Obviously I had to follow the routine exercises prescribed. Though a private patient, Anthony did not exploit me in any way. Anthony thank you so much for your service and God bless you. I fully recommend your service

Been going to Anthony in Crayford since Jan '19. Went with severe back pain which within 4 sessions had gone completely. From 6 paracetamol a day to nothing - what a relief. I am still going because I want maintenance. Anthony is very helpful with advice and general information. Long may he continue.
