I had the flu jab done yesterday by Farad (Ferrari) and I usually absolutely hate needles I always feel them and it always hurts. Well yesterday was the first time ever that it didn't hurt, not only that but I actually had to ask if he had finished! Honestly amazed! Will definitely get it done there next year! Thank you very much!

I have used the crook log chemist for many years. They have always been helpful. They always go above and beyond to help you. I went in yesterday to pick up my prescription and asked about the flu vaccine and they did it there and then for me it wasnt a problem. I didnt even know that he had done it very pleased. So if you are due your vaccine or have any questions please pop in and talk to them.

I have used this chemist and their Bourne Rd to be for over 30 years. They have always gone above and beyond to help. I cannot thank them enough, for always finding the time to help me out, whether its arranging my prescriptions, getting them to me if Im really stuck, to helping out with medical concerns for myself or my children. And they STILL-managed to do all this through the pandemic. And I had to listen to the unwarranted comments to the staff from customers that were getting fed up with waiting, all because they refuse to make any customer feel rushed! They all work so, so hard, yet always have a smile and willing to give you all their time. They are completely undervalued. You deserve this 5 * review! Caroline x
