We'd never used a cattery before and needed to house our two cats for seven weeks due to renovation works in our home. Didn't know what to expect, however David was very accommodating, took great care of our furry mates - they were safe and happy when they returned home. Thanks!

Very easy to communicate with.. My cats have been going there for a few years now. Good value for money. My two go in the same compartment which is a very good size. The out building where the cats are kept is clean, new and purpose built.

My cat passed away while in their care, and the message we received while away was unfeeling, and gave us no information as to where she was. She did not spend the whole time we had paid to have her there, and there was no mention of a refund (which would have gone towards her cremation) My cat carrier came back smelling of urine, and I found the cattery to be very cold and isolated. I would not recommend the use of this cattery, and would highly recommend finding someone else who has more care, attention and compassion towards animals.

Friendly and proffessional staff. I've been using this cattery for 3 or 4 years without any problem.
