I was so pleased with my appointment at Vision Express-i have a few issues with my vision & Sona Patel gave me such a thorough examination & the care she gave me was absolutely brilliant-thank you so much

The optician who tested my eyes was very thorough and very good. she is excellent l would like to give her ten starsand I would recommend her to any one because she went over and over and above. I would like to thank Kelly for her help especially with my eyes very sensitive and blinking non stop We got their in the end. She also helped with my glasses frame she showed empathy when l explained about my glasses situation she understood. So now l will get my glasses. Well done to the team at Bexleyheath

Such amazing service! For starters I'd booked an appointment for a test, showing up, only to be told it was actually the next week . The wonderful staff still managed to squeeze me in for a test & select new glasses (mine were sellotaped!). The main glasses were in store 3 days later & the sunglasses took a bit longer, but I was very Impressed by the way they fitted the thick lenses in to the frames without it being obvious how bad my vision is . I used to go to specsavers, but I'm a definite convert, there's no pressure for extras (unlike other stores!) and staff are very patient and polite.
