        On both occasions that I've visited specsavers within the last month I've had a pleasant experience. In my previous opticians (not specsavers) I've had staff make judgemental remarks about the price I would spend on glasses or even the choice in frames but at specsavers I was made to feel comfortable and my needs were met. Carly served me today and on my last visit, she was extremely helpful and friendly. I would have been nervous but she was easy to talk to. Thank you for the pleasant experience :)

        Had an appointment, spoke to reception they seemed to be out of their depth, told to go to the waiting area ,40 minutes later no contact, back to reception waste of time, spoke to a staff member walking by ,delt with us instantly .returned following week same situation again nightmare.

        They overcharge for eye tests. The price online differs from the price instore. Please avoid if you dont like being ripped off
