Just a little story to share about my beautiful diamond ring. I fell in love with a ring in Tiffany,s in London, I loved the design and couldnt stop thinking about it. A few days later I spotted an exact replica of the ring in Broadway Jeweller's and of course had to try it on, the ring was full diamonds, but Amy was so kind & helpful towards me and arranged for some yellow diamonds to be bought in to look at, we discussed various options together and arranged an appointment to view the yellow diamonds. This full diamond ring,however, still played on my mind and when the day came to view the yellow diamonds, I was delighted to see that the ring was still in the window, This time I saw Mark and we had a long chat. I had some jewellery to sell which was sentimental to me and Mark said he would value it for me! My husband and I went off for lunch & discussed the ring & various options offered by Mark. On my return I was super delighted with the valuation and made the decision to have the ring and sell my much loved jewellery to Mark. The ring needed to be resized and I was told that it wouldnt be ready for a couple of weeks. However, in less than a week it was ready and I was able to collect it with huge joy! I can honestly say ALL of the staff who I saw in the shop, were so honest, polite and helpful and it gave me renewed faith in good old fashioned customer service again. Thank you Broadway Jewellers for your patience, understanding and honesty. I adore my ring & cannot wait to show it off to family and friends and enjoy years of wearing it, knowing that I have little parts of family members with me in that ring.

I recently got my finger stuck in a garden gate which unfortunately scuffed my silver Tiffany ring. I was very upset by this as I had worn this ring every day for over 2 years and had never damaged it to this extent! I was worried that the scuffs were too deep and would be difficult to buff out. I discovered that Broadway Jewellers offered repairs so decided to take it to them and I am soooooo glad I did!! The turnaround was very quick and my ring came back looking brand new! They did an amazing job buffing out the scratches and I couldnt be happier. I feel like I have a new ring! Both members of staff that helped me were extra nice and helpful too. I felt my ring was in very safe hands, and I am confident that I will return to them if I need any more repairs done. I will be sure to recommend them too. Thank you!!!!!
