Waste of time! Called after going through a broker conditional acceptance then needed other details which I gave them I was then promised a call after weekend and not even a call back from them! On plus side found another company and much better terms transaction done within a hour that's how it should be!

I have applied for a loan online but got a message saying I need to see a store manager which I went to see but for some reason they werent able to see my score but within few minutes leaving the store in Bexleyheath branch, Sharon gave me a call and asked me to come back in as she can sort things out and can help me out. The next day had an appointment and went to see Ricky. He was very polite and helpful in every way. They sort out everything for me within half an hour and I was on my way out with the loan I needed. Thank you guys. I will be using your services in the future and will be telling everyone how quick and professional you guys are.
