Cain Associates

No response for 4+ months been chasing and nothing.

I have used multiple firms in the past and Cain Associates by far are the best conveyancers I have used. I have thus far used them for 3 transactions and just instructed them for the 4th. I have dealt with both Mr Cain and Miss Osborne and find them both to be professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. Highly recommend this firm.

Mr. Cain has provided the best legal advice and professional service to myself and my husband in the last 18 years. We have several properties and investments which Mr.Cain has handled with the utmost professionalism. I cannot for a second fault his advice which has saved me from making huge financial mistakes several times! He is a super busy gentleman but thats because everyone needs him! Be patient and you will be rewarded. Couldnt wish for a better gentleman to handle our affairs. He truly is a gentleman. Thank you a million times over. I've used Winston Cain for 20 years. He has gone above and beyond. And solved all sorts of complicated problems quickly. He's great to deal with and I'd trust him with my life.

Please please please save yourself from them. All of them are extremley unorganised , unprofessional, not approachable, unbelievably slow and arrogant. If you don't want to waste your time and money and not have a stressful process, avoid them in any where in the chain of events/process from any side. You will get replies that case handlers are off for most of the time!!!!! How can someone be so incompetent? I wish I could give negative stars!
