Prejudice establishment that cannot handle curly hair! This establishment has no integrity or respect. Do not bother. Cancelled my sisters hair appointment several times and refusing to serve her on several occasions without giving her a decent reason. After sorting out childcare, they cancelled on the day after finding out from other staff members that hair is curly. Montana wrote on her booking notes (god knows what) that makes everyone cancel her appointments. If Montana is intimidated by curly her, the truth is all that is asked for when youre lacking in skill, patience, and respect. No skill, no style, no class. Nasty experience.

I have been a client at the salon since 2016. Since then not only has the name changed but the hairdressers. With long thick hair the staff before use to be equipped to do my hair. Unfortunately thats no longer the case. On my latest visit I had a hairdresser do my hair for the first time and the job took a lot longer than it has previously. I could sense from her attitude and tone she was frustrated by how long my hair was taking to finish. But as she done a decent job, they have my hair colour on the system and Im a regular at the salon I decided to re-book. Since then Ive had two appointments cancelled because on both occasions my hair is too long and thick to do with clients in-between. Today Im told 5 hours before my appointment time when I have already made child care arrangements and swapped my shift to be able to make this appointment. We can re-book you for another day is not good enough when these plans have cost me time and money. I am told as I booked though the website the allocated time for my treatments is not correct (not a fault of mine) and after they looked at the notes this morning they read double the time when doing this clients hair as previously stated since 2016 Ive never had this note on the system because its never taken double the time until now. If staff dont have the patience or skill to do all hair then I prefer they say that then come up with what I believe to be excuses. After all these years I will now look for somewhere else where I feel welcome and the staff are happy to do my hair rather than feel unwanted or a burden. The booking system needs to change as well as some staff. Service: Hair highlighting

Really disappointed with my last experience of this salon. Ive visited this salon a few times now and had the same girl whos always cut my hair lovely, always booked online and never had a problem. Today, an hour before my appointment I get a phone call to say that I cant have my appointment as the time allocated isnt enough for what she needs (then this needs to be changed on there online system - not my fault) so my appointment was cancelled. I booked this appointment as I have plans tonight and all weekend that I wanted my hair done for so Im now really disappointed that I couldnt have been told this at least yesterday so I had time to get an appointment elsewhere! Im now left with a voucher for a salon I never want to go back too that I was given as a gift because family got me one knowing I like this salon. Im now also having to call round loads of other salons I dont know to try and get a last minute appointment!
