I ordered an engraved tankard on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Personal emails confirmed it was on its way. Lovely item beautifully engraved and the best customer service. Very highly recommended.

It is so nice to be able to give a personalised 21st Birthday present especially in these exceptional times So I was pleased to have found your company which we used for the first time, I was very impressed with the excellent Customer Service we received and we are delighted with the plaque for our Granddaughters 21st Birthday which arrived one day , yes one day after we ordered . Paul was very efficient and was most helpful when I spoke to him as I had a problem with what I thought was me not using uppercase letters, after I spoke to Paul he sent me a draft copy of what the finished plaque would look like with a request to let him know if it was OK, my answer was a very positive yes; its prefect. This level of customer service is rare today although many try this is one company that succeeded I will be recommending your company to family and friends Thanks for a job well done and good luck for the future Rick Mr R Hailes
