Be aware.after I switch from them I pay half on my bills.They told me smart metter display not gonna work for me but that was just a trick to steal money from my account.

Every time i Have spoken to EDF they have no previous call records.They have been lying to me since a month.The most useless and unprofessional Service i have ever witnessed in my lifetime.

We left EDF over 5 years ago and out of the blue they have sent us a bill, and threatened to come to our house with debt collectors for not paying our fictitious invoice. Never ever ever take an account with this firm, go with Octopus they are brilliant.
