They do seem to have recently reduced much of the piled up stock on the ground floor so it looks so much nicer. There was a huge queue when we were in there due to the automatic tills being down.

Lovely shop but whenever I go to the post office theres only one or two people working this section; and, as a result, the queues are to the back of the store. The staff are friendly but there arent enough to deal with the post office demand, despite there being several counters. This means theres always a 15+ min wait for anyone needing to use this service.
