        Not for me, feels more like a bank even though its still a building society. The staff are anonymous and a visit there feels like a production line. My fathers accounts were a mess with weird certificates and low interest ISAs, the whole process of trying to manage his accounts and file an LPA were a nightmare to the extent that we had to go though a possible fraud investigation. I had to deal with another bank and building society (both of which I did not have problems with) on the Broadway and my experience with Nationwide was the worse.

        Brilliant Nationwide branch. I went to the Eltham branch the day before I visited here to withdraw money from my savings account but the person I spoke to wouldnt allow me to withdraw my own money. I went to the Bexleyheath branch and the lady I spoke to assisted me within 5 minutes. Definitely recommend this branch!
