Yorkshire Building Society

I have been a member of both the major building societies in the Broadway and now I am only with YBS. They are by far the most superior option for the area, the staff are amazingly helpful. As a family my father and I and my son all have accounts there, they have helped us with everything we have wanted to do without pushing any sales onto us. My father has dementia and we had to register his LPA and recently I have had to manage his accounts using this authority, to my amazement the staff remember us coming in as a family before and are so empathetic with his condition and his progress. It really makes this feel like an old school branch bank, that is of an era where the focus was on the client as a person rather than cattle through a gate. Well done for everyone that works and manages this operation, you really do excel in my eyes.

I visited the Yorkshire Building Society to enquire about cash ISAs and was made to feel welcome from the very start. I was impressed by the degree of competence and knowledge of the staff. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming making it a pleasant experience. I would recommend a visit to this branch if you need advice on savings.
