The other day i think ladies name was Maria, came over to no7 desk to help me an my mum, she said its not her desk but she tried to help us as much as possible while the other lady was on lunch, she was so lovely, we had pleasant shopping at boots xx

Pharmacists hide behind screen and customers do not feel like they actually want to be seen. Update 1 year later: no change. This time the pharmacist couldn't help because it was a couple of minutes before 10:00 am.

I love boots, especially their photo printing area where I spend up to an hour selecting and printing photos. The photo frames are also reasonably priced. The staff are always on hand, particularly the blue water branch besdie the little tucked away till at the back of the store beside the photo area. Keep up the good work. Love the points collecting system thar allows me to feel like I have not spent a penny some day when I leave with a bag of treats
