My boyfriend and I visited branch when passing they exceeded expectations by sorting all querys there and then. Carolann is a credit to the store a very caring wholesome person.

I have been using this branch for years and I disagree with some of the nasty comments I'm reading below. Staff and Managers are friendly, professional and always ready to help! In modern era banks are closing down branches all over the Country so I consider myself lucky to have this NatWest open in my area.

Not sure about all these negative reviews. Mist people only come on here to moan Personally always had good service here. I went there on Saturday to sort out some issues, A lovely lady called Abi was there helping everybody and got me a short notice appointment with another lovely lady upstairs called Sadhna...I got everything sorted and had a really good experience! They couldn't of been more welcoming or happier to help me. Brilliant
