    Transferred several hundred thousand pounds to my solicitor for house purchase yesterday morning, the staff in the information desk said it should be done after approval by the manager at the end of the day. However, I found that the money didnt gone from my account today and then wasted several hours to traveled to the branch. Another manager explain that they dont know why the gentleman didnt do that yesterday and is on leave today. She will do the approval for me today and promise that transfer will be done at the end of today. But it fail again. Very disappointing

    Giving out wrong information on how to pay off my mortgage. Told me I didnt need a sort code to transfer from my HSBC account to Lloyds mortgage. Cash machine had an issue would not give me 500 had to do it in 2 x 250 it was an issue with machine . When I spoke to the shop floor assistant she said it not to do with us and pointed to the phone call your bank she was unfriendly as I didnt have a Lloyds card . She warmed up to me when she found out I had a mortgage with you
