Arrived for appointment to a locked door and unmanned reception. Tried to phone the number supplied several times and no answer so I left. Then when I drive all the way home after taking the day off to attend to this arranged appointment, I get a phone call asking why Im not at my appointment! I explain why Im not there and then he becomes extremely defensive and not thinking hes in the wrong, trying to justify he was only 4 minutes late. I take the time of work and get to my appointments to pay you for a service 5 minutes before as not to be late, you made no effort, did not apologise and honestly sounded like you could not care, you made this whole situation sound like my fault for attending a appointment on time. Not good enough, sub standard treatment, I will take my business elsewhere.

Cant fault the Service they provide at knotts kinetics. For years Lawrence and his team have fixed my injuries and provided stretches and exercises to prevent further problems. Due to Lawrences expert diagnosis of injuries, has sped up Doctors and hospital procedures!
