Great service, My work laptop wouldn't start and within 2 hours I was back up and running with all my data moved to a new laptop. Very Grateful!

Not overly impressed with the service I received from this shop. I arrived at my appointed time to give something in for repair. The door was unlocked and the sign said open, so I walked in and was quickly shunned outside. I understand we are in a pandemic but you could always leave the door locked since there was a doorbell. Upon the initial unwelcoming greeting I was then asked why the printer in question was in parts and why they werent informed. I then explained the situation and how it broke due to a paper jam gone wrong and my initial attempt to rectify it. This was believed to be an attempted repair by someone else. So they couldnt work on. After fighting my case a little bit, he agreed he would look at it but it would cost more to fix than to get a new one. So I cut my losses and left. I then went to another service shop just a 5 minute walk away who repaired the product for a very reasonable price, much less than purchasing a new printer. Im very disappointed with the service I received and will now be looking elsewhere for all future repairs. It seems from reading reviews, I am not the only person experiencing issues with the conduct here. Shame really, I have had previous experiences with other members of staff which were much better.
