From the outset, there was a complete lack of communication between Neil and Tanya, making it quite evident that they were unaware of each other's schedules and appointments. It became a constant game of chasing them to get anything done, a truly infuriating experience.
During the viewing of a rental property, we discovered that the door lock needed changing. To our surprise, only Neil could unlock it with his so-called "special technique". He assured us that the issue would be resolved before moving in. Unfortunately, it wasn't.
When the day came to sign the paperwork, the door lock issue still hadn't been addressed. Neil, rather bafflingly, seemed to think that one month wasn't enough time to have it fixed. It's concerning that a letting agent would find it acceptable to move tenants into a property with an unresolved security issue.
Despite already receiving thousands of pounds towards the property, Aspire continued to display unprofessionalism. When we brought up additional concerns about the property, Neil immaturely responded with "Let's just cancel it all". His inability to honour prior commitments and his contradictory statements made it apparent that he had created a web of lies to deceive his clients, that he even confused himself.
Overall, Aspire and its team, particularly Neil and Tanya, consistently overpromise and underdeliver. It is no wonder that they are the lowest-rated letting agent in Gosport. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a trustworthy and professional letting agent.

The entire rental process with Neil was a disaster from the start. It was immediately apparent that Neil had trouble managing his appointments and keeping track of commitments. His lack of organisation and inability to communicate effectively left me in a continuous loop of chasing him for even the most basic information.
During the property viewing, I discovered that the door lock needed to be replaced. It was Neil's "special technique" that unlocked the door, and he assured me that it would be fixed before I moved in. As it turned out, Neil's promise was nothing more than empty words.
The day I was meant to sign the paperwork, the door lock issue remained unresolved. Neil seemed to think that a month wasn't sufficient to fix the problem, which was both baffling and concerning. I was astounded that a letting agent would allow a tenant to move into a property with such a glaring security risk.
When I raised several concerns about the property, Neil's childish response was, "Let's just cancel it all." His inability to honour commitments and the constant contradictions in his statements made me seriously question his integrity and competence as a letting agent.
My experience with Neil at Aspire Lettings has been a massive disappointment. He consistently overpromised and underdelivered, leading me to understand why Aspire is the lowest-rated letting agent in Gosport.
If you're in search of a rental property, I implore you to avoid dealing with Neil at all costs. Find a more professional and trustworthy letting agent who will genuinely have your best interests at heart
