Complete waste of time. The Willow group has ruined this once lovely practice.

I've been trying to get through since 8am this morning, but all I get is the engaged signal. My phone gave up logging how many attempts after 200, and I must have tried a hundred more after that. It's now 11.35 and it's still engaged. I cannot do the internet presently. This surgery and the others in the group are just not fit for purpose. This insisted I give it one star before it would allow me to post.

Absolutely horrendous! Waited hours for a call back on Friday and the doctor said my child needs a throat swab but didn't book anything so rang up this morning only to have the call navigator hang up on me the willow group are a joke!

Absolutely horrendous. The 'care navigation' staff valiantly try to support a failing practice. I have been asked to inspect the rolls of my fat, when I am 1 stone under average weight. I have been told I could have pain killers for the rest of my life when I dont want them. When asked what medication I take I wasn't believed when I said nothing the reply oh come on someone of your age must take something . I am disgusted

Phoned up the willow group as I had run out of my anti depressants. I got through to a very snotty woman who made me feel like I was wasting her time. Since Gosport medical centers have been taken over by the Willow group the personal service has become non existent. A really poor experience.
