Geat instructor Daruis and as a woman I feel really comfortable in the group Not intimidating at all. We have great fun and I do the best I can within my limits.

I have recently joined this club and have been extremely impressed at just how welcoming everyone is. There is a great mix of young, old, men and women. You really are made to feel part of the club and everyone is incredibly relaxed and friendly. You aren't under any pressure or scrutiny as a new member when learning, the instructors ensure that you understand the techniques in a very calm and simple style meaning that you very quickly understand what is required and how to perform them. I would highly recommend this club to anyone wanting to learn this style of combat and in keeping physically fit.

Great experience, great trainer and lots of fun! It really feels like a nice team game than a regular training!
