Still waiting for a call back after 2 weeks. Called someone in the office and left someone a message on their mobile and they couldn't even be bothered to return my call. Rediculous when you have stuff that needs sorting but they haven't even the decency to pick up their phone !

Our buyers used this firm for conveyancing. They were supposed to exchange the day before the move but didn't even instruct our buyer to transfer their deposit until the day of the move. This done, Coffin Mew then took 3 hours to initiate the transfer to our solicitors causing a massive delay and resulting in our removers sitting around waiting for hours and likely incurring extra expense for us. No idea how they have such high reviews here; I suggest reading their reviews on other platforms such as trustpilot where it seems many of their clients have noted similar problems with their communication and competence. Avoid like the plague!
