Davinia is an absolute star. Shes so knowledgeable, dedicated and genuinely caring when it comes to her clients journeys. I lost a total of 3 stone with her and couldnt be happier. She made each training session fun, had lots of laughs along the way making it feel effortless. Not only that, she helped me to take a closer look at my nutrition and encouraged me to make the changes I needed to really live a balanced lifestyle. My favourite thing about Davinia is that she focuses on the mindset and helped me to overcome some of the blockers I had around my health and well-being. Overall, highly recommended!

I have been a client with Davinia for the past two years, and it has been the best two years. Thanks to Davinia I have become stronger mentally and physically. She has taught me that by adopting and living a happy, positive, healthy lifestyle it truly can better your life.
