Deciding to wear hair took years for me to come to terms with, and it took a lot of courage to call Caroline. She couldnt have been kinder or more empathic; I wish Id called sooner. My hair piece is a thing of beauty, and I love how it makes me feel. It took a while to adjust to being confident wearing it, but now I wear it every day. Its not just hair: its little things like smiling in photos instead of offering to take them (or writing a public review with pics, which I would never have done before!). When I had concerns about care and maintenance, Caroline made time to see me the very next day and helped me feel more comfortable adapting the hair piece to suit my style. Absolutely great, highly recommended.

Caroline was genuinely amazing in helping with a family member going through chemo. Her knowledge and advice was amazing - what weve ended up with is almost identical to my family members natural hair. Its done wonders for her confidence! Anyone who knows someone who has been through chemo will know that chemo brain is very real - Carolines service is phenomenal, and she made us feel very comfortable in what can be quite an emotional experience. Cant thank her enough and would recommend in a heartbeat

I can't praise Caroline enough, she's understanding and knowledgeable and puts you at ease straight away. I picked my real hair wig up 12 days ago and I love it. I've just started chemo and even though I still have all my own hair I wear my wig because it looks so natural and so good. Thank you so much for everything Caroline your a real star.

Amazing service from Caroline and she is very knowledgeable about how to choose the best wig. I found myself needing to buy a wig due to a diagnosis and Caroline was very sympathetic to my concerns. Wide choice and prices available. Great little shop.
