        My mum was very pleased with all aspects of Phil's work. He arrived on time, worked through the day until 6pm fitting a new boiler. She is extremely grateful to have a warm house again. Would definitely recommend.

        I 'phoned at 7.30 a.m. with a problem with my Worcester-Bosch boiler and by 15.00 hrs the same day it had been repaired by Phil. He was very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone.

        Chess valley plumbing is a small business and the priority business model, based on my experience is constant cash flow. They do not focus on first-time-right or customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend thinking twice before availing of their service. In my opinion, they do not have the expertise in solving complex problems and basic communication etiquette. I sincerely hope that this would be helpful to someone who would like to save themselves from misery.
